Return Order

IbaasOnline.com has a clear and transparent Return Policy for products purchased from its online store:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Only unused products can be returned, and this must be communicated on the same day of delivery. Used products cannot be returned.
2. Refund Method: Refunds are issued in the form of Online Credits only, provided as a Credit Note. These Online Credits can only be utilized at IbaasOnline.com.
3. Validity of Online Credits: Online Credits are valid for a period of 2 months from the date of Credit Note issue and can be used exclusively for new orders placed at IbaasOnline.com only.
4. Return Process: Returns are facilitated from the comfort of the customer's home. However, if courier service is not available at the customer's pincode, they may be requested to self-courier the return to the provided address.
5. Cash on Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for paying both sides of Cash on Delivery (COD) charges associated with the return process.
6. Product Inspection: Upon receiving the products, customers are required to record a video before opening them. This ensures transparency and serves as a record in case of any discrepancies.
7. COD Shipping and Return Shipping Fee Liability: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer is liable for both the shipping fee and return shipping fee in the case of non-acceptance of the item/product. Similar to any other normal delivery. However, in the event of COD non-acceptance, the customer is responsible for both the shipping and return shipping charges
