Return cost will be borne by the customer. (We value and respect our customers and customer delight is our Motto, and hence we do not charge shipping Cost. Being reasonable and rational, we expect and request our esteemed customers to bear the return shipping cost)

For us to help you return (Strictly on the day of delivery, need to be informed in writing). It is the customer OBLIGATION to make a 360-degree courier packet opening video without any pause, cuts, or trims at the time of recieving the courier. The customer has to ensure video quality while opening the parcel.

No claims of defective/wrong product without a parcel opening video will be entertained.

Returnable Items : Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on same day of delivery. Unstitched Salwar Suits  and  Kurtis can be returned. The items bought under SALE OR DISCOUNTED category or an Item Purchased at a Discounted Price using a Promo code or offer are not eligible for return.

Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange or refund in form of store credit note only. This credit note will be valid for 3 months to be used to place a new order from our store only.

Non Returnable Items :

Items under any offer or any item in discount or on  “SALE”  or bought using a promotion/coupon code cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled except when we sent you a wrong or a faulty item.

Misprint, Beads or tassels coming out , uneven edges of dupatta , difference in shade , lesser fabric will not be considered as faulty or defective.

Fit, size or colour variation can not be a reason for Stitched , PRET or Custom Stitched Products as these are Strictly Non-Returnable irrespective.

Men’s Kurta Payjama , Jewellery, Clutches  and Foot-Wear (Jootis) cannot be Cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Once confirmed by our executive , please dispatch the Items by any courier service you want to the address provided to you by our Executive. The Return parcel should reach us within 7 days from date of delivery.

PLEASE MENTION ORDER NUMBER ON TOP OF THE PACKAGE.

Once return is received and inspected – we will process refunds etc as per our terms and conditions.
